Recognizing the importance of health and safety, I make sure to have a first aid/trauma kit readily available at all times – whether it's in my car, at home, or on my person. Preparedness for emergencies goes beyond merely having the tools; it's about feeling confident and capable of using them effectively.

Recent events in urban areas across the country serve as a reminder of the critical nature of readiness. In the face of challenges, maintaining a proactive mindset and taking steps to protect oneself and others are paramount.

Despite the hurdles of the past year, I've reaffirmed my dedication to personal wellness and preparedness. By embracing discomfort and pushing myself to grow, I've adopted the mantra: "Nobody Cares; Work Harder."
